Who are the designers?

We work only with the best designers who have a proven that they can produce high-quality work. Many of them come from leading companies such as Revolut, Deel etc.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Short answer - on average, 24–48 hours. Of course, it depends on the complexity of the task. Need a new website page? You can expect it within 1–2 days. Need a 30+ screen MVP? That’ll take a bit longer, but we’ll stay in constant touch, share progress, and keep you updated along the way.

How will the work be organised?

You’ll have a dedicated Trello board to manage all your design tasks. Our designer will stay in close touch with you via Slack for questions and updates, and we’ll rely heavily on Figma comments for feedback and iterations. For project requirements, you can create spec docs or Loom videos and attach them directly to your Trello tasks. And since some things are faster to resolve in real time, you also have the option to schedule a weekly call with your designer.

How does the pause feature work?

We know your design needs can come and go. Maybe you only have a couple of requests this month—that’s why you can pause your subscription anytime and continue whenever you need our help again.

What if I don’t like designs?

Nothing to worry about, our designer will iterate on work until you feel 100% satisfied.
